Look who just got into town - B, Lonely Boy and Chuck Bass were seen coming into the Block's apartment complex at 2:00 today. Word on the street is that Blair and Chuck were getting hot and heavy - don't worry I have a picture to prove it ;). Why is Lonely Boy out of Brooklyn and what are Blair and Chuck scheming now?
